Janine has worked in-house, and for agencies, on numerous senior assignments both in Aoteroa and globally. Janine has held senior search and talent acquisition leadership roles with Tourism New Zealand (international focus), Fletcher Building, WSP, Rabobank, and Rocket Lab. She provides support for executive search assignments by maintaining and applying best practice search methodology coupled with a highly personalised professional experience for both candidates and clients.
