Amy is a seasoned HR professional with a passion for the delivery of innovative, responsive, and effective Human Resources solutions. Amy is based in our Wellington office.
Bachelor of Science, majoring in Psychology
Amy has spent thirteen years in the public sector in Wellington, starting her career in specialist remuneration and HR analytics roles, and then moving through a number of senior leadership roles in both HR and Policy. Amy’s public sector career spans Inland Revenue, MBIE, NZ Defence Force, and the Ministry of Health. Most recently Amy has been in an executive Chief HR role for Pacific Radiology.
Amy brings her extensive HR and leadership experience, along with her knowledge of the unique public sector market, to Intepeople's services to Wellington. She is a deep subject matter expert in both the operational and strategic aspects of remuneration, reward, benefits, and incentives. Amy has also led large collective agreement bargaining rounds and is able to guide organisations through this process by finding creative solutions to claims that benefit both parties.
