Originally from the USA, Amanda hasn’t been afraid to expand herself into new cultures or countries. After completing her marketing degree in Minnesota, Amanda moved to Utah to immerse herself in the outdoor lifestyle at Park City Ski Resort whilst working in HR across 2,000 seasonal employees. It is here that she found the passion for assisting others through their professional journey.

Eager to gain further international experience, she moved to Auckland and began contracting for Auckland Council as a Recruitment Coordinator. She then transitioned over to Futurestep, assisting their client, Fonterra, with seasonal volume recruitment.

Stepping up her experience, Amanda then proceeded into a Sourcing Specialist role with Momentum Consulting while recruiting for Senior Leadership and Executive Search.

Amanda and her partner relocated to beautiful Top of the South in 2018, joining our team as a Sourcing Specialist searching for top talent and supporting our Senior Consultants.
