I have a strong background in operations management, that has been responsible for the end to end supply chain of the businesses I have led. Through these roles I have led 4 major plant redesign/relocation capital projects as well as numerous capital expenditure upgrades.
I have extensive experience in organisational design, change management and lean systems implementation. Many of my roles and contracts have been within FMCG with highly technical systems and processes as well as high food safety requirements.
