As Business Partner, Julie is responsible for the financial and operational management as well as brand and marketing management. She oversees all aspects of the organisation’s operations and oversees the continual drive of our Consultancy firm to improve efficiency, quality and overall performance. Julie’s commercial acumen and experience contributes to the strategic direction of Intepeople and the resulting operational planning. She prepares the financial reports, budgets and forecasts, reviewing and interpreting financial results. Maintaining and developing strong client relationships is a key driver. She has excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills.
Julie’s background includes financial and business management, specialising in process and system upgrades. She has extensive project management experience incorporating skills in time management and sequential planning.
Julie provides value adding advice and support to clients in key areas of expertise including directorships, executive board services and business mentoring. Julie has developed skills and experience in a variety of governance roles in the not-for-profit sector as well as sitting on Advisory Boards for a number of clients.
