Emily’s experience within management in large retail organisations, her work within procurement, and her work as an HR advisor in a variety of manufacturing and production-based industries, has provided her with a wide range of skills and knowledge. This background sees her well equipped to recognise and understand the importance of meeting operational requirements as well as ensuring individuals’ skills and capabilities are appropriately engaged, managed and maximised.
In addition to her broad range of HR skills, Emily’s personable approach, ability to provide practical solutions and strong desire to achieve positive results has enabled her to add value in a wide range of organisations.
