Claire has held senior roles across Aotearoa and Australia, including General Manager – People & Development at Ngāi Tahu, Culture & Capability Manager at RAGT, OD Manager at IAG, and most recently was the Head of People at Citycare Property. Claire is a true HR generalist and jack of all trades. She’s committed to continuous learning and always looking for innovative, and practical ways to help businesses work smarter, not harder.

Outside of HR, Claire has a passion for governance and is currently the Presiding Member of St Mark’s Integrated Anglican School, is a Trustee of the Graeme Dingle Foundation, and is an Executive Committee Member for Women on Boards. She previously chaired The Period Place and was the HRNZ Canterbury Branch President.
