After completing a master's degree in Industrial and Organisational Psychology, Josie knew that she wanted to work in a people-oriented role where she could make a meaningful impact on both people and organisations. Joining Intepeople, as part of the Executive Lease team, has allowed her to build authentic relationships with a diverse range of professionals and clients, crafting tailored solutions to meet unique needs and goals.
