EXPERIENCE

Gerry brings more than 20 years HR experience in both the public and commercial sectors to the Intepeople team. He has worked across all facets of Human Resource Management, from operational and strategic HR roles to senior leadership positions.

Over the course of his career, Gerry has co-created leadership development programmes, successfully led complex organisational change, improved core operational HR processes, coached individual leaders, improved safety practices and built leadership bench strength.

Gerry has a people-first approach. His passion for working closely with clients and stakeholders helps him to identify and source the right talent, and design processes and solutions that positively impact individual, team and organisational effectiveness.
