Julie Baxendine

Julie has exceptional organisation skills and is a person who is motivated by good process, highly structured and succinct planning and by delivering an excellent result.  She is highly respected by the team and deeply networked in the business community.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor of Arts with a double major in Psychology and Education.
  • Bachelor of Science majoring in Operations Research and Mathematics (Incomplete).

EXPERIENCE

Julie has the key General Management role at Intepeople and sits on the Management Team of Intesafety. Julie’s role at Intepeople includes the responsibility for the financial and operational management as well as marketing and business development. She oversees all aspects of the organisation’s operations and oversees the continual drive of our Consultancy firm to improve efficiency, quality and overall performance. Julie is responsible for the preparation and implementation of strategic plans and subsequent operational planning. She prepares the budgets and forecasts, reviewing and interpreting financial results and provides effective monthly reports not only for Intepeople but for our clients. She has excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills.

Julie’s background includes financial and business management, specialising in process and system upgrades. She has extensive project management experience incorporating skills in time management and sequential planning.

Julie developed skills and experience in governance while performing the role of Branch Manager of the Nelson Marlborough Institute of Directors. Julie is currently a Trustee  and Chair of Fifeshire Foundation, a Chair of Nelson Netball Centre and sits on Advisory Boards for clients.
